Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic and Ilkay Silk, a gifted actress who is also a director, writer and producer. Anna Silk was the daughter of a Briton, and a Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. Anna appeared in several advertisements as a kid. Anna relocated to Toronto, Ontario, to pursue her acting.
